Established in 2012, the Elliptical Group Classes offered by ElliptiFit were developed over a period of years by Annette Comerchero. Knowing first hand the benefits of the elliptical machine, Annette wanted to develop a program that was easy on the joints but also provided a serious workout in a short amount of time. So she worked closely with certified physical therapists to create an elliptical program that gives you the most results for your time all in a class format that is loads of fun. Whether you’re just getting into shape or consider yourself an elite athlete, our instructors tailor each class to you, leaving you totally energized. The results speak for themselves.
I love the mix of high intensity intervals along with moderate intensity toning. It's a full body workout with less perceived exertion than spinning or running. Most importantly it's just plain fun! The instructors are motivating, enthusiastic and truly experts in the field. Each day you're pushed to your max. Class formats are constantly changing and evolving. You're never bored and quickly become addicted. Elliptifit is truly a special place!
I'm obsessed with these classes. They're short but pack a punch--I love that they're always such a challenge and that the instructors are so supportive. They work me much harder than I would ever work myself, and my body is transforming as a result.
ElliptiFit is a lot of bang for your buck! In just 45 minutes, I feel like I get the best possible work-out - it gets my heart rate going, I sweat just enough and it is low impact. I also love how everyone there makes you feel like they know you. It is the "Cheers" for exercise studios!
