During class you will be on and off the machine, working with your instructor to get the absolute best workout possible. Floor exercises include a dynamic combination of pushups, planks, squats, burpees, and lunges. Perfect form is our main focus and the key to a great, and safe, workout. Instructors guide you through sets of tabata drills, and 3 sets of HIIT on the elliptical in a short, but effective, 45 minutes.
“I’m new to working out.. Can I take this class?”
Yes! Each workout can be personalized to fit your needs, making classes suitable for everyone, whether it is your a beginner or pro. If you ever feel like it’s too much, turn your resistance levels down. If you aren’t getting enough, turn it up. When doing floor exercises, your instructor will provide you with options and modifications more suitable for your workout.

“What do I need to bring?”
We provide you with a mat. We suggest you bring a towel and water. (Available for purchase at the studio) – This class will make you sweat!
