Cross-ElliptiFit is our unique twist on circuit training – featuring strength training exercises on the mat and HIIT on the elliptical.

During class you will be on and off the machine, working with your instructor to get the absolute best workout possible. Floor exercises include a dynamic combination of pushups, planks, squats, burpees, and lunges. Perfect form is our main focus and the key to a great, and safe, workout. Instructors guide you through sets of tabata drills, and 3 sets of HIIT on the elliptical in a short, but effective, 45 minutes.
